It seems everyone regards bike lanes as fair game for illegal parking. We need a system of enforcement that is not limited to the number of bylaw officers available. Even with this photographic evidence, citizens cannot get any attention paid to this problem

Taking photos and posting them to sites like Flickr and MyBikeLane is too passive. One person recently confronted a driver directly and phoned it in to the distribution company. Maybe the City should assign an enforcement officer to check the MyBikeLane site daily and assign fines that way?
