Final Edition
Behold, a grammatical error on my site! Actually, it's not there anymore, but you can see it here. There is one "is" too many in the part that makeoutcity quoted, and since he started quoting me at length (he has the good judgement to highlight what I also happen to think are the best bits, thank goodness), it occured to me that once you're quoted at length somewhere, then you no longer have the right to edit the post. It becomes, in essence, the final edition of the post.
Well, a lot of people don't think that way, which relieves me to no end. Besides, the odd spelling and grammatical correction, \as long as the essense of the idea is preserved, is okay. So that said, the superfluous "is" has been removed from the original, making, albeit ex post facto, makeoutcity's account of what I wrote slightly innacurate.
