High School Never Ends
It didn't dawn on me until a week and a half after-the-fact and at 2:30 in the morning, but the girl I went to high school with that I saw at the wedding was, well, to engage in a crude tautology, the girl I went to high school with. A chat excerpt follows (the other party is excluded because evidently there's some rule that says it's unethical to blog the other end of a chatlog without permission):
sillygwailo: oh hey, I saw a girl I went to high school with at a wedding.
sillygwailo: and didn't talk to her. I was intimidated by her then and still am. weird how high school never ends.
