Fix for Global Redirect, updated two other modules to release candidates
- updated to the development release of Global Redirect, which redirects any page that has a Drupal path alias to that path alias, which contains a fix for a WSOD that anonymous readers would see in certain situations.
- Notifications (release notes) and Messaging (release notes) modules updated to their respective release candidates. Currently both are used only for myself to get email notification of comments with the hope of adding it for readers to also subscribe to portions of the site via their preferred method.
